Neill Laurenson leads and establishes the required owner side team and leads the coordination with the shipbuilding

yard Project Manager.

We coordinate all the interaction between the shipyard team and the owners team and designer.

We provide our own in-house security specification as an integrated facet of the design from 'day one' of the design.

We work with the yard's design team, security team, naval architects, interior designers’ engineers, to ensure a streamlined and professional vessel for our clients.
We ensure the yacht specification, the scope of works, the logistical and ancillary processes such as insurances, compliances and sea trial and commissioning are all factored in to provide a fiscally resilient project price assembly.
We ensure that a client’s vessel is built to the highest Superyacht standard and that she meets or exceeds the owner's expectations.  From the outset, we adopt a comprehensive team approach, using technology to avert distance issues for team members that spread around the world.

Neill’s natural creative ability have proven to be extremely

innovative in the superyacht industry, his ability to assemble

teams, explore new innovative products and methodologies,

have most recently led to the new design of our Caribù II

folding sail Megayacht design, the GYRO-LZ and the G-Global.

Neill is also the inventor of our own ‘APEF’ ‘hidden

electric fence’, anti-pirate deterrent system.

• Procurement of owner specified fixtures

• Progress monitoring and reporting

• Sea trial attendance and management

• Selection and management of owner supplied equipment and services / subcontractors

• Staff 'on-boarding', vetting and training. [ Pilots, divers, medical teams and Close Protection teams ]

• Vessel 'specialist teams' coordination through design and delivery/commissioning

• Virtual site inspections and progress monitoring by IR systems.
